Chocolate Brand
We use exclusive fresh Belgium Chocolate ( Milk / Dark / White / Colored or Flavored ).
Our chocolate does not contain nuts. We cannot guarantee that its packing was not in contact with nuts.
We do not take any responsibility of any health or allergic reactions caused by our products.

Colored / Flavored Chocolate
We also offer flavored chocolate with any color of your choice to suite your event theme.

Delivery Charges
Long distance charges or Toronto Downtown surcharge may apply depending on date, time & location.

What we need at the Event Location
We need a table/s (with table clothing), Power Outlet (nearby). We do not provide plates or napkins since most of the banquet halls / event locations provide them directly, But if you want us to provide them we could arrange them for an additional fee.

Fountain Information
All our commercial chocolate fountains are now sanitation approved and certified, to meet health department’s requirements for food service equipment.

Professional Staff
All our Staff is full time employees of GoldenChefs (Not walk in staff / Not Agency Staff) well experienced with Fountains / Live Stations and Catering Operations.
All our employees are covered with WSIB (Work Place Safety Insurance Board)

Payment Options & Terms
A 50% deposit is required to book and reserve the day for your event. Balance, payable on the day of the event.
We accept all major Credit Cards / Cash or Cheques.

How long before, should I make the reservation?
It is recommended to call as soon as you know the number of guests and the date. We require at least 36 hours for full package (this is entirely depend on the availability) For reservation please call 416 332 8339 and we will arrange a sales contract and FAX/EMAIL you for your approval. Once the 50% deposit is paid, we will send you an updated Invoice. Once you pay the total amount we send you the fully paid invoice.
